If you wish to supply milk to Swadha Agri Private Limited, you are required to register on Swadha using Samitra App and provide the necessary details.
The price of milk will be fixed per kg and bonus will provided based on the parameters mentioned in the billing section of Samitra App which may change time to time and will be visible to the farmers. In case of cow milk, the milk should contain a minimum of 3.2% fat, 8.3% SNF, Density 26%, Water 0%, Urea 0%, Starch 0%, Soda 0%. For buffalo milk, the milk should contain a minimum of 6.0% fat, 9.0% SNF, Density 30%, Water 0%, Urea 0%, Starch 0%, Soda 0%.
The milk will be tested everyday after each supply and same will be updated for viewing on Samitra App. If the quality of milk is found non-complaint to the above mentioned quality parameters during the quality check, the farmer is initially intimated regarding the poor quality
of milk supplied, and the parameters against which the quality of collected milk is lacking. Thereafter the farmer is given a single chance to rectify the said discrepancies, even if the inconsistencies persist till the very next supply, his supply is thereby stopped at the
very instance.
Thereafter, the farmer must visit Swadha office to sign the No Objection Certificate (NOC), against the admissible dues. The payment for the pending amount would be processed and made after 180 days from date of generation of the last bill.
